Dr. Micah Kadden is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Pediatric Critical Care at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from UCLA. He then attended Tel Aviv University for Medical School. He completed his residency training in Pediatrics followed by his fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC. Upon completion of his fellowship, he returned to UCLA to join the faculty of the Division of Pediatric Critical Care. He is the Director of Pediatric Critical Care Transport for Mattel Children's Hospital. He is also active with the UCLA Simulation Center and serves as an instructor for medical student, resident, and fellow simulations. His clinical interests include neurocritical care and he serves as the site principal investigator for the P-ICECAP Trail. This is a multi-center clinical trial that is investigating the role of therapeutic hypothermia as a management strategy after pediatric cardiac arrest.
